KAMBRAH GARLAND

BIOGRAPHY
Kambrah Garland is an entrepreneur, business consultant, sommelier, and grower who believes business is one of today’s great temples of transformation. For more than three decades, she has launched and shaped start-ups across hospitality, wine, health and medical industries. As founder of Grand Crew Consulting and founder of the Texas Wine Guild, she works with leaders and organizations, integrating profit with purpose, and structure with soul.
Raised in a family of educators, Kambrah grew up in an environment where learning extended far beyond the classroom —education was immersive and alive. Academic rigor existed alongside fine arts, music, and a deep relationship with the natural world. Gardens, plants, and a working barnyard were not extracurricular—they were essential. She developed an early understanding of cultivation, patience, and the intelligence of Nature—principles that continue to shape her approach to business and leadership.
A lifelong equestrian, Kambrah enjoys riding and caring for horses, growing grapes, herbs and gardens. Her philosophy is that Nature heals, restores and provides the perfect setting for inspiration.
Today, Kambrah helps leaders recognize unseen opportunities, cultivate intuitive intelligence, and navigate complexity with clarity. Her work blends grounded business strategy with what she calls “alchemy for the modern mind”—the disciplined practice of coherence, timing, and transformation.

BOOKS
Wine and Alchemy:
Rituals for Future Leaders
Wine and Alchemy sits at a genuinely rare intersection: conscious leadership, business, wine culture, and transformation. Garland uses wine as both a metaphor and a sensory ritual, pairing it with leadership archetypes. Specific wine regions and styles are highlighted and recommended for leadership styles.
This book not only invites readers to think differently about leadership, it askes them to taste, feel, and experience their way into a different relationship with it. That experiential, embodied approach is the book's most distinctive and commercially differentiating quality.
